Special Half-Day Class!
This replaces our standard Saturday Meeting for this week only. Training goes from the beginning of the hour till the end of the meeting, no long introduction of our awesome Dream Team Members (yes, they are awesome!), but we want to spend the full time explaining the NEWEST RELEASE of the TREC contract, and how it differs from the current version.

Knowing how to fill out a TREC contract is vitally important for Real Estate Investors. In this class, lead instructor, Rick Irving, a local Real Estate Broker with decades of experience, will cover TREC's entire One to Four Family Residential contract as well as certain key contract addendums.
Rick will be assisted by experienced Real Estate Investor Robin Carriger.
This will be a very informative class, so don't miss it!
