Jordan Pohn of SurePoint Equity. Jordan's company has loaned money to many KREIA members to fund their house flips.

Bryan Snider of Freedom Property Group. Bryan's company buys and rehabs dozens of houses each year, packaging them up for turnkey investor-buyers.

Joe Burnett Jr. of Joe Jr's Flooring, Joe is a longtime investor who rehabs to both flip and hold.
