This meetup is a networking event for anyone living in (or visiting!) Toronto who invests or is interested in investing in real estate anywhere in the US. This is a regular event, usually once per month on the 2nd Monday. No pitching or selling, just a venue to share experiences and resources for those of us actively investing in the US and anyone interested in learning more about investing in US real estate.

7:15 - 7:30 Quick Introductions
7:30 - 7:45 Creative value adds (sharing lessons learned)
7:45 - 8:00 The Real Deal (This month: buy and hold with creative financing)
8:00 - 9:00+ Mingle / Discussion
Future meetups are generally 2nd Monday of each month (except the next 2 months!). They're planned as follows:
