Rent Ready Norfolk's RentingSmart Academy is hosting a workshop for local landlords and property managers to gain insight on capital expenses. This will include but is not limited to the money that is required to buy, maintain, and improve a rental property.
This session is being taught by CPA, Akiem Jones, who serves on the Rent Ready Norfolk Board and is a landlord himself.
