C.O.I.N is a free and informal real estate education and networking group in the Columbus and Central Ohio area.

For 20-30 minutes every meeting we have a short speaker (no pitching) who talks about their specialty in real estate. We try to keep the speaker short because our main goal is networking!

This month we will have a panel of speakers to discuss Deal Analysis.  I will be joined by Marc Kade, Nate Roderick, and  Jim Pfeifer to discuss how we analyze real estate deals.

We hope to see you there!
