We had to move the topics around a bit, but I'm really excited for this one! This August the topic selected by the group is the tax elements of real estate ownership. Understanding how real estate ownership impacts your annual tax burden and long term tax considerations when owning rental property versus other investment assets. I was able to get an awesome local CPA to come and present!
We formally go from 6pm to 7pm, but tend to stay until 8pm networking and discussing specific situations.
