A little bit about us: Sam's Real Estate Club has been around in Los Angeles for 16 years and has built a community of investors of all experience levels through education, mentorship, and positive mindset. This meetup will be held at our second location in West Covina and is free to attend (space is limited, so please let us know if you'll be joining)

Communication and negotiation skills are a valuable toolset both within and outside of real estate. If you'd like to learn more about how you can sharpen yourself in these skills and better apply them, this is a great meeting to attend. We also really encourage networking, so whether you're new or experienced, this is a great place to meet other people who are also passionate about real estate! Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
