The best mistakes to learn from are those made by other people! Join the Hampton Roads Landlord Assoc for their monthly lunch & learn where Patti Robertson will be sharing the top 50 mistakes she has both made and seen other landlords make. We will have some fun by asking all attendees to keep a tally mark of the number of mistakes discussed that they have personally made. Bring something to write with, because this session will be worthy of note taking!
Patti Robertson is the founder of the Hampton Roads Landlord Association. She is both a landlord and the owner/broker of a Hampton Roads property management firm, PMI Virginia. This event is held in a catering venue that provides free space for the meeting and all attendees pay $20 for an all inclusive gourmet meal. Accurate RSVPs are critical to make sure we have enough but not too much food. Please
