PPS.. if you are worried about bringing leads it’s not a requirement but frankly I can’t think of any reason why you wouldn’t when it could turn into a great deal for you. All you have to do is call a seller who is advertising a house for sale and fill in a few blanks. You will not be negotiating anything, Lynette will do that for you, and it’ll take about three minutes each. These are folks who expect you to call or they wouldn’t have advertised their house for sale. If They ask, just tell them you’re collecting information for your boss who will follow up.
