Hey y’all. I’m a new investor that is looking to host an event so we can meet up talk about the one thing that will fulfill our financial dream. I haven’t seen any events take place near me so I’m going to host one myself. As far as where and when, we can discuss that in this tread. I filled in a date above but that does not have to be concrete. I’ll travel to a more convenient location for the majority of the members if need be. I can’t wait to see who replies and to meet in person.

@Luke Millet I second what @Eric Caire said. If you just want to start something in Denham Springs that would probably be popular, but if you decide not to reinvent the wheel there are several sizable and reputable monthly real estate meetups already happening in the Baton Rouge area that you can find on Meetup.com. I would recommend you check those out too even if only to see how they conduct the meetings.
