Each month the Heirloom Investment Club features a local industry specific sponsor and an industry specific guest speaker. Our goal is to facilitate networking and connecting on all things local Real Estate Investment. It's a packed 90 minutes of pure real estate investing madness! FEBRUARY'S GUEST SPEAKER: Sarah Wisdorf with the Minnesota Realtors Association. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge on the ins and outs of real estate in our local market. She will be presenting on new and lesser known issues with purchasing properties in different municipalities within our market. She will have the floor for 10 minutes and available afterward for further discussion.
Our monthly meeting is at Heirloom Property Management's office in downtown Duluth. It will always be on a Tuesday at 7pm near the end of the month to keep it consistent!
