Hi Everyone, I hope this finds you and your family well.
We have a special virtual edition of the meetup this month - the login details follow the description of our special guest presenter below. Like last month, this meetup will also feature a series of fun 15 minute virtual networking sessions after the presentation where I will break the participants into smaller breakout rooms (around 4 people/room) and rotate the room participants every 15 minutes. A special thank you to my friend Yvone Yeung who volunteered her zoom account to make this session happen.

Chad Urbshott has many years’ experience in real estate from designing buildings as an engineer to investing for the last 13 years in single family homes, commercial land, multi-unit student apartments and “distressed” residential mortgage loans (notes). Chad runs a real estate investment firm that specializes in “distressed” note investing.
