| Hey Everyone, We are back!!!!!!!!!!! This meet up will not have a lot of structure but I am sure we'll have a lot to talk about. For those who would be new to the meet up, we normally choose a topic to focus on and go from there. We also do Deal Deep Dives where someone from the group presents a deal from beginning to end. We will eventually get back to that but for now, I am just excited to talk real estate in person again. 1. Meet up will take place in the lot or our office so if its cold, be sure to dress accordingly. 2. If you feel sick, don't be that guy. Stay home 3. P.S. Please RSVP on Facebook if you are coming.
