REHAB TOUR
Every so often, we feature a local investor's renovation. For each property we tour, we will be showing a "before/during" tour and a "completed/follow up" tour. This is a no-pitch event where the focus is on learning more and brainstorming about rehabs. Bring a notepad, take pictures, and ask any questions you have directly to the investor in charge of the renovation.
We will all meet at the location below (it will be close to the property.) At the location, everyone will be given the property address and we will leave from there. The property address WILL NOT be given out publicly.
For this tour, we will be following up a one of the new build houses we saw during the framing stage. The home is now complete and ready to be rented. Come out to see the final product and ask all your questions on the costs, design, and more! Afterwards, come join us for lunch and more networking!
