Calendar Availability and Length of Stay

Hi everyone. We are located in a seasonal coastal community. How does everyone set their calendar availability? Currently, I only have 45 days open with a minimum length of stay of 3 nights. Should we open the calendar through the summer? Or wait until prices have really ramped up. Curious about your thoughts and experiences. Thanks again for any help!

Many people are making summer vacation plans now so I would open up the calendar and set a higher minimum night for peak demand months.
