I wanted to know if anyone had recommendations for competitive lenders in the Gulf Coast area of Florida (Emerald Coast or Panama City Beach).  I would like to establish a connection in those areas and get preapproved.

We are located in Panama City area. I would recommend David Powel at Innovations Credit Union or Justin Barnes at Panhandle Credit Union. Very reasonable and investor friendly. We have at least 10 loans between the two of them. You can give them my name if you want.
