best tool for management of one STR

Hello,

I am planning to acquire my first vacation rental in the caribbean in the next month or two. I've seen posts about helpful management apps but I was wondering if there is one app that you would recommend over the others for an owner with just one investment property? I see most are geared towards owners with multiple properties. 

Also, any tips for a new investor are greatly appreciated. I've done a lot of researching, and I'm super stoked to take my first steps to transition from health care to STR's!
