NV real estate investing question

I am currently in escrow for a rental property in Las Vegas.  My 1st one.

The property I am buying is west of 15FWY, 1.5 miles  Allegiant stadium, away from the airport.   I just realized we can hear and see commercial plane in and out of the airport.  the flight path is not directly above us but I can see it standing outside and hear the noise....It's not that loud but nonetheless, i can hear it and see the airplane if I look up.

Then I went back to see the seller disclosure and air plane noise was not disclosed.  My question is aren't they suppose to disclose that?

People often say Las Vegas when they mean Henderson or north Las Vegas or some other city, or no city (county land). It’s kinda legal with a bunch of hoops if no one else is doing it near you and you live in the home in Las Vegas. Ps. I THINK the fine is around $500 per day

Here’s Las Vegas rules..

The county is being “forced” to allow them starting july 1st but with 2800 licenses and 16,000 applicants it’s going to be a lottery system. 2 day minimum, all memebrs of the same family, 2 people per bedroom, etc etc…
