STR (Air BnB, etc.) in Baltimore, MD (zoning/license)?

My husband and I are looking at buying a 7 bd /6.5 bath house in Baltimore and renting 5 rooms out as STR. I know I need a STR license. I know some cities aren't very STR friendly. How can I check to see if this house be used for short-term rentals such as Air BnB or Vrbo? Where can I double-check to make sure this house would be approved for a short-term rental? Does the house also need to have a specific zoning code? Thanks for the help!!
