Short Term rental Regulations
Hello Community,
I was planning on building 2 units on a lot. I would occupy 1 unit and short term rent the other. Do you know if I would be allowed to rent less than 30 days at this scenario? Same lot but 2 different addresses unit 1 & unit 2.

You can just google it in most causes. Your post says Austin. Metro markets tend to have more rules but you can call the city and get your answers! May take 10 calls to get to the right person
