Thanks for the feedback. I've heard Austin is slower to approve. Most my experience has been with San Antonio. I see the medium rentals are doing pretty good.

Hello Community,
I was planning on building 2 units on a lot. I would occupy 1 unit and short term rent the other. Do you know if I would be allowed to rent less than 30 days at this scenario? Same lot but 2 different addresses unit 1 & unit 2.
Appreciate the help!

Hello all,
*Recreational - typo header
I know of a motivated seller looking to sell his RV Park. I would like to see if there are any interest investors?
I have an agreement with the seller but looking to partner up or potentially help in the transaction--it's a little more than I can chew investing solo. I have the P&L statements available.
The park grosses around 375k per year. 15 min to downtown San Antonio and backs up to a river for fishing, kayaking, and swimming.
Please let me know if you're interested?

I could most likely help you with your Airbnb. I live and know the local area well. I also have a duplex that is currently on Airbnb and have the cleaners and schedule to add listings.

Mini splits ductless a/c are the way to go. A lot more efficient too.
