Locks for a rental

Hi guys,

What kind of locks do you have for your short term rentals? I work a lot, so would be great to be able to let a handyman in remotely.

Also, is there such a lock with a remote control  if I live  out of state?

Thank you!

I use a Schlage Encode.  You can change the codes, or lock and unlock it through the Schlage app, so being out of state is no problem.
