Looking to do some mid term rentals. Where is the best place to market? Furnished finders and traveling nurses don’t seem to work. I think this might be because the home is about $7000 a month. Any other areas that someone would recommend marketing so that I can keep the home occupy more?

$7000 a month? Must be a hell of a place.

Where is it located and why would someone need that kind of place for 2-3 months?
