Minneapolis STR Permits

Matt Lingo
Posted

Hi BP Members,

I have recently come across a couple of properties in Minneapolis that are in a great location for STR's. However, Minneapolis only allows 1 STR per person (at least that is my understanding). I do not want to do anything illegal, obviously, but is there anyway to get around this? IE. Putting someone else's name on the permit? I would prefer to not have to turn one into a long term or midterm, but open to it if that is my only option. Thanks.

Trying to get around it could be construed as illegal.
