STRs in Ocean City NJ?
Has anyone done short term rentals in Ocean City NJ?
It seems like this is a high growth market with rental income that would carry the home’s mortgage. (Not a Cashflow market)

My old stomping grounds (I went to high school at OCHS). Even almost 40 years ago houses were expensive there and the season is short (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Most people I knew who owned houses there didn't view them as investments per se as far as making cash flow; it was just to help defray the cost of owning them, and as time went on they just appreciated well.
