2 properties / 3 listings

Posted

Hi. We purchased a property right next door to an existing property we own. These are both in a beachfront condo complex so when I say right next door I mean they share a wall. Has anyone created 3 listings successfully in such a situation? I see “lockout” type situations that due this. One listing for each unit plus another to rent them together for larger groups. My issues is that I believe that more days than not will be block as individual units. Thoughts on how to do this successfully to show calendar appropriately ?  Thanks is advance.

This would be considered a parent child listing and is a great way to maximize a property/properties! Thanks for Visiting created a YouTube video on this to help hosts navigate the best way to operate 3 listings.

They also have a podcast on this topic as well.

Hope that helps!
