Airbnb Arbitrage Average Profit Is It Worth It ?

Omri Avital
Posted

Hey I did deep search in a lot of sub markets throughout different states.

As I see, the average profit per average property is around $350 per month.

Anyone else can confirm?

I would like to make a business out of it, but how is it scalable?

Any more suggestions\opinions? Thanks !

Hey @Omri Avital, like my buds said, it can be a crapshoot. Some folks do well and others lose their shirt and go bankrupt.

It is definitely a risk and you are creating a job for yourself, but judging by your wording, you kinda want a business instead of investing.

It is scalable based on your area and how much risk you can tolerate.

Remember you have to update and outfit each place with everything a guest will need, which is quite a lot.

You will most likely pay above market rates for the places if the owner is savvy enough.

You need to be upfront with the owners about what you are going to do.

There is a ton more and of course if the owner decides not to renew, you have to move out all the stuff you put in and store it.
