how to market STR to parents of university students?

My STR is located about 3 minutes from a University. How can I market my STR the parents of the university students who are in town visiting their students? or how can I market my STR to individuals who are in town for college sporting events? Is there way to direct market to these types of individuals?

There may be strategies that require a little more blocking and tackling, but the price, location, and amenities of your property is what is going to attract your target guest. It's more about catering to that guest than it is marketing in the right places. If it's a good fit for parents, they'll find the property on the major booking platforms.
