Co-hosting Feedback and Insights

Good morning everyone! My wife and I have owned and hosted a couple of vacation rentals for the last two years and are expanding our boutique co-hosting business here in Chattanooga, TN. I'm looking for feedback from owners who utilize larger property managers. What are your biggest complaints?

Just a quick question - not sure of the laws in TN but did you get licensed and insured as a PM?  There is a big difference in managing your assets and managing for others.

Also, as an owner of a PM co in FL at 65 units you will find owners hate that large companies do not do a good job and they treat you like a number.  However they do have resources small managers do not have such as expensive marketing and pricing tools.
