Short Term Rental Regulations - Noise Monitoring & Pool Safety Requirements

Hey everyone!

I am putting together a short term rental in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  The entire property is fenced.  However, there is a pool on the property that is not fenced separately.  The city code indicates you must fence, net, or use a safety alarm.  Any suggestions on the cheapest or best route?

Second, Fort Lauderdale requires a noise monitoring system.  Any suggestions?  Are their any systems that do not require a subscription?

Best is to use a fence. This should also limit your liability the most.
