Anyone with interest in the MN political climate for STR/vacation rentals, take a min to provide input to the city of St. Paul which will be taking on the issue, likely this summer.
I just wanted to add the term "Minneapolis" on here in case people have keyword searches setup following the city. Minneapolis is likely going to follow St. Paul or consult with them when considering regulation. I personally am expecting some regulations before the Super Bowl comes to town but we will see how fast they can move.
Not sure if they'll move that quick. I just know a couple of very successful airbnb operators and I think while there might be some regulations, it is here to stay just like Uber and Lyft.
