What Amenities are you offering to your guest?

Good morning all,

Vacation rental owners, how much thought do you put into creating the most relaxing situation possible for your guest? Now, I know the object is to keep expenses low and profit high, but could a few simple additions increase your bookings?

Now, I know additions sound like a big expense, but what if it's not?  My type of additions are simple amenities that might be small but would be an added touch of uniqueness for any guest.

I would like to give away a Bath Caddy to 5 vacation rental owners.  Yes, that's right it's absolutely free.  My company GiftedHandzStudio is a start-up that designs and builds custom furniture for purchase and rental.  We are conducting market research to see how the vacation market responds to this product.

The first 5 vacation rental owners to inbox me will receive a Bath Caddy. It's that simple.
