My Airbnb it is a manufactured home. is that bad for my business?

Hi,

I am about to start an Airbnb in Dripping Springs Texas, and it is a manufactured home. It is a beautiful 3/2 house with a deck and a little garden. A friend of mine told me that the only problem he sees here is the fact that it is a manufactured home and some people will be disappointed because of that or give me bad reviews.

Opinions from hosts that have manufactured homes are highly appreciated, thanks.

One of my listing is a manufactured home; in fact, it very obviously looks like an 80s single-wide trailer. My photos make it clear what it is. It's a new-ish listing, but in 30+ bookings so far, no one has even mentioned the manufactured aspect. I pride myself on the fact that you'd never guess from the interior that it's a mobile home, and i suspect yours is that way, too.
