reSublease the house you're renting for AirBNB
I wanted to know if anyone had a contract you would use between you and the owner of the house stating that you will use their house as an airbnb rental.

Ahhhh arbitrage again. Sorry I can't help you @Conrado Casallo with an agreement. I think you will find most don't feel arbitrage is a good way to go.
Is the place in Auburn? What makes you think it will make a good STR? I live nearby and used to live in Auburn and I can't think of anything Auburn has for me to consider for vacation. Would this be for some kind of professional STR for traveling workers?
My personal feelings is that with the market in our general area being pretty hot that arbitrage is much more risky. It will take more than just telling them that you will sub-let with AirBNB in mind. You will have to come with a good strategy to convince them to go for it.
