New AirDNA report on top locations

As has been discussed many times on these forums... there's no secret or magic formulas to success in STR. As always, the top (non-urban) areas are in the southeast, hawaii, or colorado/utah. Gotta capture that 4-season rental income if you want the high ROI

I don't have a lot of confidence in Airdna data after looking at a few reports. The Airbnb suggested pricing is even worse.

The VRBO analytics seems to swing towards the high side.

Something in the middle of the two has been the sweet spot for me.
