Short term rental contract

Hi fellow landlords,

I live in San Jose area and I want to rent out my condo during super bowl weekend in a few weeks and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for a contract I’d be able to use to rent it out for 1-3 days, where I’d be able to rent out my condo on Craigslist and use a contract vs renting via air bnb.

Any suggestions and info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I don't use any formal contract, and I have 23 STRs.  1500 previous tenants.  On each fridge there is a list of house instructions:  the address, wifi password, trash day, etc.  There is one sentence that says "Rent is $xxx per week".  That is the extent of my contract.  But my tenants are probably different than yours.  If they were in an aisle of Wal Mart, you would avoid that aisle.  They are refinery contractors.  Welders, boilermakers, fitters.  They are big burly guys with neck tats, they smell like diesel fuel, drive jacked up 4x4s and chew tobacco for breakfast.  You'd avoid the aisle.  I'd walk up to him and punch him in the arm and say "What's up mofo, the hand lotion is over there."
