In Denver area ... was drawing up a rental contract for STR and would like to have it reviewed by lawyer in Denver area (or am i going a bit too far???). any suggestions?

I’ve always found Avvo.com to be a great way To find inexpensive, independent, quality attorneys, and you can search by specialty on Avvo as well as location so it works out quite well.
