3 bedroom house - the price is right but rooms are small

Posted

We are considering a 3 bedroom house that we would use occasionally as vacation home and rent short term also.

The price is right for us but the living room and all 3 bedrooms are super small. I don't have the measurements, but the bedrooms will only fit single bed in 2 of them and a queen in the other. It's okay for us to use, but I worry that renters would be disappointed. Do you highlight the fact rooms are small?

Thx!

Absolutely fully disclose everything, but not sure I would want to buy a house where the rooms are so small as to only accommodate a single size bed.  I have 2 queen beds in each of my rooms and I consider these rooms small.
