Any advice on partnership splits with short term rentals?

I am considering partnering with a private investor in an Air BnB property. The initial money put up would be equal between the two parties but I will be doing all of the renovations and managing the property. Any advice on what the split should be?

I would advise not to partner on Real Estate deals if you can avoid it. This adds an extra level of complexity.
