Thoughts about Haus.me.homes?

I've been pondering about the possibility of creating unique experiences for STR in exotic locations such as a mountain top or a near a lake. My theory is that it would be expensive to acquire one or build one and in some places not possible to build at all. On that note, I was looking at Haus me homes which builds self-sustaining homes. You can find more info @ https://haus.me/

Has anyone looked at them? What are your thoughts about them?

Awh, but the more important question is, are you still renting to her?  Do you re-rent to people who mess with you?

I never rented to her, either before or after the TV stealing incident.  I hung out with the police after they took her away in handcuffs.  They walked around the perimiter of the house with their flashlights.  They stopped at a particular window and said "This is the one."  They lifted her palm prints from the window which she slid open.  They also found a piece of thick copper wire on the living room floor shaped like a C.  Cops said people can use that to defeat a door knob lock.

When she had to take the drug screens for 52 weeks, she had to pay for it out of her own pocket.  I get a share of that money when I do the collection.
