Hi BP,

Myself and my partners are looking to buy a single family home in Atlanta to have it as an airbnb with a future plan to add a second unit as a normal rental unit. I want to learn more about the rules and regulations with doing an Airbnb in Atlanta and to get some advice. We are looking to buy in July/August 2021. We are currently working on getting pre-approved with a lender in Atlanta.

Hey @Anthony Holloway, have you tried contacting the municipality where you want to buy? Seems like the simplest way to get what you need.
