Washer and Dryer unit for Airbnb

Hey there all! I am currently doing a renovation in one of my units to furnish it for Airbnb. There's no room for me to fit a washer and dryer. 1 Bedroom apartment. Only big option is to expand the Kitchen 4 ft out which will be the costly option. Are ideas as far as where would be a good idea to put a washer & dryer?
