How much to spend on furnishing short term rental?

I am renting a home that I am renting on AirBnB. I am wondering what you spend on furnishings for a nicer 3/2 about 2200sf. I have to buy a refrigerator, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, 3 bedroom sets, 3 TVs, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. How much do you budget to get everything set up?

Hi Rick, I just finished outfitting a 2/1 and spent $2500. I bought most things except the beds second hand. It is some work to get stuff second hand because it takes lots of shopping and negotiating and hauling. Conversely, I made friends recently with someone who outfitted a 2/2 all from Amazon and ikea and he spent $5000. Call me to talk about the details.
