STR in Tulsa OK, Hows the market?
Im considering Tulsa OK to purchase a STR. Curious to know why people travel to Tulsa? Is the tourism booming? Is there a lot of building going on their? (New homes) Is there a big demand for work? If so what industry! Trying to get a feel for the city. I payed a visit there a couple years ago and loved it.
