STRs In Asheville, NC
Newbie investor here,
Is there anybody that could advocate for the investability in the Asheville market?
I'm currently looking for a 2/2, if you run an STR in Asheville could you speak on the relative profitability for a 2/2 or any other property types.

Hey @Charles Akinmade, here is some info. Looks like there are some hurdles to get a STR up and running if you don't already have one that is currently in operation.
