Northern, VA - STR opportunity

Hi All,

I'm under contract for a purpose built short term rental / vacation home in Virginia. I have an investor and my own cash being used to complete this deal. In the past few days I found another promising property that fits my formula of success but I will be needing a partner to help finance the opportunity. Anybody in northern VA looking to get into the AirBnB, short term rental, vacation home game?

The lot in question is on 11.5 acres, has an old cabin with well/septic/electric in good working order, is a few miles from the main town / Shenandoah nation park.

Can you not just get a bank loan and not have to split profits with a partner?

Even a hard money or private money loan and then do a cash out refi?
