need your help - purchase my first AL property sub to
hey!
i was offered to buy a property in Oxford AL.
the location should be great(?) between Atlanta and Birmingahm, the property tax is extremly low (245.45$ for 1800+ sqft), so i was wondering if ill buy the property will the property tax will be way higher than it is right now?. i added a screen shot from Zillow.
the purchase price is 148,819$
anyone can help with that, or any input about the location will be great :)
also , i will need a property management company, so if u have any recomendation....
