Looking for a Strong Agent

I am currently seeking referrals for a strong agent in Arizona. I am dealing with two right now, and I am saying dealing because it is very apparent that neither understand the investor mindset. They are both extremely nice and I can tell they want to help me not just make a quick buck, but at the same time there isn’t push much past sending me a Flexmls link to properties that I have seen a dozen times already. Does anyone have an agent they use that fits the criteria of understanding what investors are looking for? Perhaps an agent who owns investment properties themselves as well? Someone who is willing to be audacious and doesn’t tell me I’m crazy and it won’t work to call to owners with properties that aren’t even for sale? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
