Steamboat Springs CO...any bad neighborhoods??
Your town looks beautiful !! I'm researching Steamboat Springs because I might purchase some tax liens at an upcoming auction for Routt county. I notice your area is quite affluent (median home / condo price $490K !), but I imagine there are some "bad" neighborhoods due to too much crime, highway noise, noise from trains, or other factors.
Can you tell me where those less desireable neighborhoods are? Also, are there any neighborhoods where SFR sell for $200K to $400K?
