@Raymond Horne. Interesting thread. I've been wholesaling virtually and locally for close to 10 years. Each comes with its own pros and cons. Learning the area your marketing to comes without saying. Saves you a ton of time and aggrevation. Having solid boots on the ground is a must when investing outside of your local market. You'll learn quick what types of deals cash buyers are looking for and you can adjust from there. There are many ways to wholesale virtually, depends on your personal time and budget. Everyone has a space of their own.
